From time to time you'll need to move players between age groups. Each player has a unique profile in Max. Though players can be active in multiple assessments, a player can only be active in one age group within an assessment. In other words, a player cannot be active within an assessment in two age groups at the same time.
In order to add a player to another another age group follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to "Players"
2. Select the age group of the player(s) you'd like to add to your other age group.
3. Search for player by name
4. Click 'remove' which will remove the player from the "in assessment" box for that age group and place the player in the "not in assessment" box for that age group
5. continue steps 2-4 until you have all the desired players in the "not in assessment" box
6. On the right side "in assessment" box select the age group that you would like to add the player to.
8. Now within the "not in assessment" box select the age group for the desired player you would like to add to the new age group. Search for that player name. Click "add".
